On October 10th Drifter was one of many ladybug photos selected for a news article [link] and I suggest everyone to take a look because all the pieces are awesome.

I was quite suprised to open DA and find the message on the subject because my user activity has been rendered to a near stand still due to health problems and never ending homework. Fortunately, my health has appeared to do a 180 (I hope its not working its way to a 360) so when I actually find some spare time lying around I'll have to energy to work on some of my hobbies.

I've been thinking of doing my own feature but that won't be for a long time because I still have a large critique forum I've been meaning to get some work done on. I love critiquing but that is enough work without having to pick and choose deviations for a feature. So maybe I'll try one over christmas break... or march

Anyway, I am very thankful for my first feature and I find it quite ironic that a big achievement like that occurred when DA was at the bottom of my priority list.
